This major recording project of all 104 Haydn Symphonies took some 10 years to complete by the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Orchestra conducted by Adam Fischer  an orchestra formed for these recordings, and recorded at the magnificent Esterhazy Palace in Eisenstadt  where Haydn worked as Kapellmeister.

Haydns Symphonies have a markedly original blend of Mozartian form and substance, the set includes the extraordinary No.45 Farewell, the No.94 Surprise, and of course the magnificent late London Symphonies.
