This series of two-cd sets has been released to coincide with the anniversaries, there's 41 majestic pieces from HANDEL, 28 works by HAYDN, 27 pieces from MENDELSSOHN, and 49 songs and works by PURCELL. Produced by Warner Classics, artists include Nikolaus Harnoncourt, John Eliot Gardiner and the English Chamber Orchestra.
