Enamel coated inside and out, this cast iron dish is perfect for cooking delicious casseroles, meat joints and stews.

The lid has a cast iron interior for use as a griddle and has a grooved base to produce perfect char lines on bacon, steak and other meats.

Suitable for oven use and all hobs including ceramic, halogen and induction, the cast iron construction warms up quickly, retains heat for longer and resists chipping, cracking and staining. Available in orange or black.
