Suitable for most knives, including Global, the MinoSharp incorporates two sharpening wheels. The white wheel has a rough/coarse texture for sharpening very blunt blades and the pink wheel has a medium/ coarse texture formaintaining the knife edges and providing a finishing touch.
Water is added to the tray beneath the wheels to lubricate the ceramic sharpening stone during use.
