I bought this watch on a recent trip to Zurich. I haven't worn a watch for years but something about this one compelled me to get it, I think I wanted to be reminded of the precise railways. my wrist is very small and the band is rather large, even on the woman's model, but I love it! It is odd that you have to set the date at the end of the month, but I don't mind.

I was given one of these watches (no date model) about five years ago. I love the large, clear dial and its very comfortable to wear. Its got great timekeeping and battery life. I think the manual date change on the new model would be a bore for me! My rating is for the dateless model.

Does the second hand stop at the top of the dial and allow the minute hand to sweep on a minute? That's the defining feature of the Swiss railway clock for me.

Keeps good time, as you'd expect, and the large date figures make a welcome change from the tiny ones on other watches. However, the fact that it thinks there are 39 days in each month is puzzling.
Nice clear dial, and comfortable to wear.
